What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Debit, China Union Pay, JCB, Diners, Cartes Bancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
What is dropshipping?
Dropshipping is a unique ecommerce business model that allows sellers to offer products for sale online without actually keeping any inventory in stock. When customers place their orders through your ecommerce store, they will be fulfilled and shipped by third-party providers (Gelato).
What is print on demand?
Print on demand is an ecommerce business model similar to dropshipping that allows sellers to create and promote custom-printed products for sale. Print on demand allows the seller more flexibility to design and create custom products their target audience is looking for. The seller can upload their customer's custom designs using their print on demand supplier's platform (Gelato) and create product listings directly from their ecommerce storefront. When an item is sold, the third-party provider will manufacture the product and ship it directly to the final customer. The seller doesn't purchase or hold any inventory, and products are only paid for, printed, and shipped when an order is placed.

We currently do not support returns because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the cost of the new order plus all shipping fees.
++Defective or damaged products++
If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by a lack of quality of the content you provided, we will help you submit a new order, and cover the costs of the new order plus all shipping fees. To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.
++Late or missing refunds++
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Do you offer custom images on all your wall art and merchandise?
Yes we do. If you provide a high resolution, JPEG or PNG file, we can upload your file to any of our products offered in our online store. If you go to the "Contact Customer Support" box below, please fill in all the details you need assistance with and we will respond within 24 hours.
